This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on digital products purchased from Perseides. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Payment Processing

We use Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record for processing all payments. When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Polar.sh and you will receive a receipt from them. All payment information is processed and stored by Polar.sh, not by Perseides directly.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund period for all our plugins, software, and NPM packages. To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date
• The request must be submitted via email to [email protected]

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through Polar.sh, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on Polar.sh's and your payment provider's policies.

NPM Token Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, any NPM access tokens provided for the purchase will be terminated. This means you will no longer have access to the plugin or software through NPM private repositories.

Exceptions

We may deny refund requests in the following cases:

• The refund request is made after the 14-day refund period
• There is evidence of misuse or distribution of the software
• The product was purchased during a promotional sale with explicit "no refund" terms
